Construction Update Mainline construction is now complete in both rural areas and within the town of Kit Carson. Fiber drops to homes and businesses are finished in rural Kit Carson. Work in town is on track to be completed by the end of November 2025. Fiber splicing will begin once all fiber has been placed.
